Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar with Stephanie Poetter

October 15 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Full of beneficial probiotics and enzymes, antibacterial, anti fungal, antiseptic, high in potassium, and can help balance your body’s Ph. What are we talking about? Apple cider vinegar of course! Come learn how to make ACV and other fruit vinegars from scratch, so you can enjoy all of the amazing health benefits at home for a fraction of the price of a good, small batch vinegar. Whether drinking for health, using in a marinade, or splashing on a fresh salad, you will love having your own vinegar on hand. The taste of a homemade ACV is like nothing you’ve ever tasted before… so smooth with none of the harsh bite! Vinegar starters will be available for purchase to inoculate your first batch and help you get started faster.

$15 per person

Locally Good Farm is comprised of Stephanie, Patrick, Finnegan and Margot Poetter. The farm is located just outside of Burnsville, NC, and was established in the Spring of 2015. They produce artisanal apple cider vinegar & other fruit vinegars, personal care products (Beauty Alfresco), duck eggs, various produce, baked goods, and seasonal prepared foods. They are currently working on expanding vinegar production, teaching classes, and cleaning up the land so they can host farm tours and dinners. Stephanie and Patrick are transplants from Kansas City, but as soon as they visited Burnsville 4 years ago, they knew they were home!
