Mountain Cooking Club

Chef Ricardo Fernandez, former owner/head chef of Lomo Grill, operates the Mountain Cooking Club, featuring a variety of classes celebrating local, seasonal ingredients, many from their own Wildcat Ridge Farm in Clyde. Limited seating available. I look forward to cooking with you!



Caramelized roasted onions, leeks and shallots bisque


Cider-braised turkey legs and thighs, roasted Brussels sprouts, apple wood bacon, balsamic glaze


Baked apples with toffee, bourbon, walnuts, and maple syrup
