Taste the Seasons Spring Cooking Class

Join Denise Barratt, registered dietitian nutritionist with Vine Ripe Nutrition on Franny’s Farm as we prepare a seasonal meal using local ingredients available this time of year straight from the farm! In addition to the class and meal, Denise has created an entire week’s collection of clean menu & recipes using foods available in our region! Many of the local ingredients for week’s menu will be available to purchase after class at Franny’s Farm. What a convenient way to go home with some great ideas for the week’s supper with many of the ingredients needed!. Visitors to the farm are also welcome to come early for a self-guided tour of the farm. The cost of the class, dinner and spring menus is $55.00. Purchase of the food ingredients to take home from will be an additional cost. You are also welcome to bring your own beverage in addition to the tea and water that we will provide.
