Cultivated Community Dinner Series: Jonathan Pridgen

We are excited to announce that the second installment of our Cultivated Community Dinner Series will feature Chef Jonathan Pridgen, Head of Charcuterie for Curate, and our very own Executive Chef Eric Morris. The dinner will benefit ASAP (Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project) for their continued support of local farms and farmers.

The menu will include 8 courses that will each showcase the craft of whole hog butchery and feature Sugar Creek Meat pork. The dinner will offer 5 beverage pairings that will include Vidl wine, handcrafted cocktails, and Wicked Weed Brewing beer.
