Farm Burger Without the Burger

Farm Burger is committed to working with local farmers and to supporting ASAP! Farm Burger Without the Burger is a way for Chef Chad, Farm Burger’s chef, to stretch his culinary skills beyond burgers. Chef Chad will create a multi-course meal using seasonal local farm products as his inspiration. Tickets will be $39 and proceeds will support ASAP.

Farm Burger is based in Georgia, and the Asheville outpost is their fourth restaurant. They’re committed to working directly with farmers and to using grassfed beef in the burgers at all of their locations. A good portion of their beef comes from farms in Georgia, but they’re also buying beef, pork, and more from Hickory Nut Gap Farm for their Asheville location. They’re buying local farm products from Farside Farms, Sunny Creek Farm, Looking Glass Creamery, Haw Creek Honey, Smiling Hara Tempeh, and others, too.
