Farm Stand Fresh!

We’ll turn tailgate bounty into creative and delicious dishes. Recipes will be fun, easy to prepare, and based on fresh, seasonal produce, selected from Asheville‘s abundant local farmers markets.

Recipes may include such dishes as:
– Farmers market pappardelle
– Squash and feta fritters with cucumber salsa
– Heirloom tomato tarts
