The Bootstrap Dinner Series

Perfectly Ad Hoc Hospitality and Shay Brown Events present The Bootstrap Dinner Series, an ongoing collaboration between some of Asheville’s best chefs and bar owners. This reoccurring dinner series was created to support our community of restaurant, venues, and bar owners during this trying time. 

The first dinner, with seatings at 5 and 7:30 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 17, features chefs Jacob Sessoms and Eric Morris of Table Right Here and Katey Ryder and Donnie Pratt of the Golden Pineapple. The menu is sourced from local farms and producers. 

 

1st Course: Baguette, cultured butter, country ham, radish
2nd Course: Sunburst Trout, Raw, cured, and smoked, everything pom dauphine
3rd Course: Evan’s Chicories and sprouting broccoli with Victor’s blue cheese.
4th Course: Smoked pork collar stuffed with summer sausage and Lee’s rice, with kohlrabi, apples, and parsnip
5th Course: Sourdough custard, with pumpkin, pink peppercorn, and bourbon caramel
