Workshops-Whole Hog Butchery/Sausage Making & Beginning Charcuterie
We are holding two Butchery/ Sausage Making workshops and one Beginning Charcuterie workshop at Midway Community Kitchen in Chapel Hill, NC. These are all day workshops and a farmer’s lunch of local pasture raised pork and produce will be provided.
We have both hands on and audit tickets available for each workshop. These workshops also make great, unique and tasty gifts!
Hands On + Heritage pork +lunch- $235
