The BIG event we affectionately call BOF—our 10th annual Business of Farming Conference—is exactly one week away: Saturday, February 23! The menu is anything but your average conference fare. It’s all locally sourced, of course, and as fresh and delicious as it can get. So, this week’s ‘top 10’ list is all about the food…

  1. Sausage biscuits featuring meat from Dry Ridge Farm
  2. Breakfast foods and snacks with local fruit from J-Bee Farm and Creasman Farms
  3. Hardboiled eggs from East Fork Farm
  4. Cow’s and goat’s milk cheeses from Looking Glass Creamery, Spinning Spider Creamery, Ashe County Cheese, and Yellow Branch Cheese and Pottery
