Farm Tour Signup

September 22-23, 2012

For one weekend every fall, the gates and barns of WNC farms open to the public for the Farm Tour — even those farms that don’t normally allow visitors! The self-guided driving tour is your chance to learn how food grows, taste farm-fresh treats, interact with farm animals, and meet the community’s food producers. How does it work? Buy an admission button, pack your car with your family or a group of friends, grab a tour guide, and set off to celebrate the region’s agricultural heritage and enjoy our beautiful rural landscape! Passes can also be directly purchased from the first farm you visit on the tour.

If you purchase your pass online, you will need to pick up your Farm Tour pass at one of the following locations:

• ASAP Office (Monday, Sept. 17th-Friday, Sept. 21st 9am-5pm) at 306 West Haywood Street Asheville, NC 28801. We’re on the 2nd Floor. Please give your name at the front desk.

• Asheville City Market, ASAP informational booth (Saturday Sept 22nd 8am-1pm) 161 S. Charlotte St. Asheville, NC (Parking lot of the Public Works Building in downtown Asheville).

Online sales are now closed. Please,  purchase your pass at any participating farm this weekend. Cash or check accepted only.
