Are you looking for a fresh, Appalachian Grown turkey for your Thanksgiving table this year? Local farms are taking orders! Find out how to pre-order your bird, plus how the turkeys were raised, price per pound, and much more.  Keep in mind that most farms and retailers will sell out quickly so please be sure to order your turkey at least two weeks before Thanksgiving.


Balsam Gardens

“Our Turkeys are raised on fresh grass, spent garden beds, bugs, seeds and a locally milled ration of soybean meal, Jackson County corn, oats and Fertrell Nutribalancer (an NOP approved premix for poultry that boasts kelp meal as one of its top ingredients).
