ASAP’s spring communications intern, Casey Toth, is at it again! She has created another great video. This time, she combined still images with video interviews to tell the story of local food in Western North Carolina and the Southern Appalachians—particularly in Asheville—as she’s experienced the movement so far through her internship. The interviews feature folks behind artisan food products and Appalachian Grown partner restaurants, including Green River Picklers, HomeGrown, and Posana Cafe.
